Diagnosed at age 13 with Celiac Disease, and then with an adrenal disease at 15 years old, Taylor Miller has not only learned how to live with being gluten free, he has advocated for and supported so many others by educating about how to get through the hard times, and truly enjoy the great times. After years of finding his way, and finding his voice, Taylor now owns a gluten free marketing firm, called GlutenAway, where he represents many products that gluten free thrivers can incorporate into their lives, such as Canyon Bakehouse breads, Enjoy Life, and many others. In addition, Taylor hosts cooking class expos which teach about how to truly incorporate gluten free food into your diet and lifestyle, helping to alleviate the fear of having to eat a different way than what people were used to in their gluten eating years.
